Custodian

Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company is an established locally owned family business that manufactures fire equipment and emergency vehicles that help our communities to save lives. We are looking for an energetic, team-focused Custodian to join us in Fort Collins, CO.

Essential Functions:

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, washing basins & water fountains


• Emptying trash cans in offices and general areas, taking trash and recycling bins out of the building


• Clean & sweep stairs


• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors in office areas, bathrooms and stairs


• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces and mirrors


• Stocking restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and soap


• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies


• Stocking soda machines and kitchen supplies


• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements


• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage of cleaning supplies


• Performing regular deep cleaning tasks as scheduled


• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Custodial and/or maintenance experience


• Ability and willingness to be part of a hard-working, active team


• Must have a valid driver’s license


• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug screening and physical agility test


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, ability to bend & twist

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hour DOE

Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Work Authorization: United States (Required)
