We’re looking for a dependable Custodian to help maintain our dealership’s clean, safe, and professional environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring our facilities look their best for customers and employees every day. This position will be responsible for maintaining the Young Chevrolet Cadillac New Car location  and Used Car location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Clean and maintain all areas of the dealership, including showroom, offices, service areas, and restrooms, including deep cleaning on a regular basis. 

  
  


• 
  

  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly

  
  


• 
  

  Empty trash and recycling bins

  
  


• 
  

  Restock restroom and cleaning supplies

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light maintenance tasks and notify management of needed repairs
  
  

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable and able to work independently

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a professional environment
