Custodian

Essential Functions:

1. Maintains a clean and safe working environment;


2. Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms;


3. Performs various cleaning duties such as, but not limited to empty trash, dusting, wash floors, tables, walls, windows, and others as determined by department/location needs;


4. Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and assists in reordering when necessary;


5. See, reads, and follows work instructions, policies, and safety procedures;


6. Complies with company and departmental policies and procedures;


7. Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner;


8. Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills;


9. Meets minimum physical/mental demand levels with or without reasonable accommodation;


10. Trains others on skills mastered;


11. Other duties as assigned.
