Custodian

This position plays a vital role within the company of keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition.  

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean break rooms including table surfaces, kitchen area and refrigerators
• Handle recycling materials
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies, as directed
• Support all company and safety policies
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. 

Qualifications:

• Must be stable and reliable required
• Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions required
• Must have sufficient strength and manual dexterity to operate light cleaning equipment (vacuum) required
• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach required
