Custodian

The Part-Time Custodian is responsible for maintaining the appearance and overall cleanliness of Kingdom Culture Church. He/she will be responsible for cleaning the interior of the building on a weekly basis.

Monday-Friday 6:30AM-11:30AM

Job Responsibilities

● Maintain sanitary conditions in the main building, lobby, Pastor greenroom/office,
breezeway, generations building, and upstairs office.
● Clean and disinfect the plumbing fixtures in the restroom including floors wet mopped,
garbage cans disinfected, mirrors, walls, partitions sinks and faucets should be cleaned.
● Ensure that all paper towels, tissue, and soap supplies are checked on a regular basis
and report any required supplies to the facilities director.
● Exterior cleaning of the breezeway including dusting tables, rails, outdoor furniture.
● Clean all windows and doors including inside and outdoors should be dusted as needed.
● Vacuum and/or dust all rooms, offices and furniture as required.
● Stairs and Hallways: Weekly vacuum or dust mop floor, dust railings, clean light switch
plates, and clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
● Emptying all exterior and interior trash cans
● Report any identified need for additional maintenance or repairs to the facilities director.
● Other duties assigned

Qualifications

● Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
● Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and to have complete mobility in
building and ground activities.
● Prior custodial experience preferred.
