Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our client's facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks and will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.


• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; polish and buff as required.


• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens.


• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
  


• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  


• US Citizen


• Ability to pass Federal Security Clearance Background check

Hours of work:  7:00am - 3:30 pm Mon-Friday
