Position Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team at the AESC Battery Plant. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Schedule & Shifts Available

Position 1:

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday


• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM


• Weekends as needed

Position 2:

• 3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday


• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM


• Every other Thursday

Pay Rate

• $14.50 per hour


• No shift premium

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming


• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas


• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly


• Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces in industrial areas


• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper


• Follow all safety procedures and company policies


• Report maintenance or safety issues to management

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required


• Ability to work independently and efficiently


• Strong attention to detail


• Reliable attendance and punctuality


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift

PPE & Dress Code

• Standard PPE required (details provided on-site)


• Standard work attire required
