Job description:
Custodian – Join our team to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming! This role includes caring for floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas while supporting food safety and teamwork every day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.
1. Clean, wet mop and buff all floors as needed.
2. Strip and wax floors as needed.
3. Empty all trash cans as described on the custodian schedule
4. Maintain, clean, and sanitize all rest rooms and cafeteria areas as described on
custodial schedule.
5. Clean and dust all offices and rooms in all office areas.
6. Organize and Clean junk corners
7. Maintain hand sanitizing units.
8. Clean cobwebs and dust on rails, stairs, and overhead structures
9. Sweeping sidewalks, clean parking lot and keeping butt buckets clean.
10. Shovel snow at main & employee entrances, apply salt as needed
11. Setting up various meeting rooms as directed
12. Keep full water bottles on water fountains
13. Perform other projects or duties that the supervisor requests.
14. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and
helping co-workers.
Skills and Abilities:
1. A Meticulous worker who has an eye for orderliness and cleanliness
2. Self-motivated—will not be under close supervision nor will distract
others.
3. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

Position Requirements:
Ø Position requires that individual be OSHA tested and certified.

Work Schedule:
This position typically follows the hours of the shift scheduled to work; however, working days may vary based on season.
Typically, Monday through Friday. Very often Saturday. 12 hours Shifts may be required during busy times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $18.13
Earn Bonus Incentives:
2nd Shift Differential -$1.00 per hour
Attendance Bonus -$0.25 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
20 minutes paid lunch
