We are seeking a committed part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness of the buildings in Ko Olina. We are a major facility service company offering excellent benefits: medical, vacation pay, holiday pay, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending and competitive wages.

-Location: Ko Olina (Kapolei, HI)

-Schedule (31 hours per week): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday: 6am - 2:30 pm and return to complete shift 5:00 pm - 8:00pm

-Compensation: $16.75 per hour
-Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the facility

• Communicate effectively and understand English

• Clean office spaces

• Operate leaf blower

• Operate a vacuum for indoor cleaning

• Parking lot, restroom cleaning and restock supplies

• Sweep, mop, interior and exterior floors, clean glass doors and mirrors

• Clean and disinfect surfaces that are being touched frequently

• Clean and wipe down all tables and chairs

• Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas

• Lift trash from bins, bend, and navigate staircases

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Push trash bins as needed

-Skills/Qualifications:
• Must pass HBM prescreen check
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous janitorial, custodian experience or related experience is preferred, and willing to train.
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must have good public relations skills and communication
• Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 40lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, stair and ladder climbing and stand throughout their shifts.
• Experience with using a power wash machine (not necessary but preferred)
• Experience with using a blower motor machine (not necessary but preferred)
