Custodian Tech, Western Supply

Background:

ADPM, LLC provides property management, facilities, and operational support for residential and commercial spaces in downtown Tulsa Arts District. The organization is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments for tenants, guests, staff, and community partners. Through its facilities and custodial operations, ADPM supports the day-to-day upkeep of managed properties, ensuring building common areas and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, functionality, and professionalism.

Job Summary:

This position will support our custodial team by cleaning and maintaining the Western Supply Apartment space located at 424 N Boulder Ave, within the downtown Tulsa Arts District campus. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building
• Troubleshoots issues to determine cleaning schedules dependent upon the activity of the building
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities with a focus on common areas 
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance in common areas
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Ability to be on-call, after hours, when assigned, rotating schedule provided
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient with basic cell phone and/or tablet operation, including the capacity to process and respond to emails and to maintain records on smart device

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
• Previous experience in related field preferred
• On the job training offered

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

Hours and Location

• The main office for this position is located at 303 N Main Street, Tulsa OK 74103 – ADPM, LLC.
• Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. 
• While the typical schedule is weekdays, there may be occasional requirements to work weekends, evenings, or non-traditional hours. 
• This role may involve local travel to different events or worksites.
