Job Description - Custodian/Maintenance Technician



Flexible Schedule! Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented person to fill a part-time custodial position. If that describes you, please apply with us! 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 


• Maintain clean and safe environment for customers and employees 

• Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings on the premises and report any discrepancies 

• Make minor repairs and record specific repair requests from management 

• Replace defective or worn items (for example- light bulbs) 

• Landscape and mowing 

• Snow / ice removal from parking lots and premises 

• Cleaning of the dealership premises including collecting trash, cleaning windows/floors and cleaning restrooms 

• Painting as needed 

• Comfortable working on your own 

• General understanding of regulations that effect building operations such as OSHA etc... 

• Other duties as assigned 

• Must have cellphone 

• Must have valid driver's license 

• Background checks and drug screen required
