Custom Cabinet Assembly Technician

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Test Chamber Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for building and assembling custom environmental test chambers based on technical prints and work instructions. This position involves hands-on work including insulation installation, caulking, grinding, cleaning, and integrating ports and other features into chamber structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  Interpret and follow technical prints and work orders to assemble environmental test chambers

  
  


• 
  

  Install insulation materials with precision and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Apply caulking and sealants to ensure airtight and thermally efficient construction

  
  


• 
  

  Grind, sand, and prepare surfaces for finishing or further assembly

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and prep components and structures during various stages of assembly

  
  


• 
  

  Cut and install access ports, view windows, and additional chamber features as required



• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or mechanical assembly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  
  


• 
  

  Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
