Master Design Cabinetry specializes in custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, home offices, and more. We take pride in designing and crafting cabinetry that reflects our clients' unique styles while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment where employees support and build each other up.

As a Custom Cabinetry CAD Drafter, you will:

• Design & draft high-end custom cabinetry in a collaborative environment where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation come together
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure drawings are clear, complete, and aligned with client and project specifications
• Maintain inventory levels by placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring materials are available for production
• Answer questions from production, sales, and design teams to provide technical guidance and support
• Assist in expanding the Design Library by adding custom products and items for future projects
• Work flexible, full-time hours – Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Our Ideal Custom Cabinetry CAD Drafter:

• Experienced & Tech-savvy: At least 2 years of cabinetry design/drafting experience is preferred, but we are open to experienced custom cabinetry craftsmen who are looking to step into a drafter position. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with SketchUp and Mozaik software are a plus.
• Technically Minded: Someone who understands cabinetry construction, design principles, and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented & Precise: Produces accurate drawings, maintains organized inventory, and meets project specifications.
• Inquisitive & Creative: Enjoys problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and improving design processes.
• Collaborative & Team-oriented: Works well with others, shares ideas, and supports a productive work environment.
