Custom Closet and Storage Product Installer Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with measuring, assembling, and installing custom closet and storage products


• Transport materials and tools to installation sites in a safe and timely manner


• Help ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the installation process


• Follow company safety protocols and workmanship standards


• Communicate effectively with customers and team members during installations


• Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites in Louisville, KY


• Previous experience in construction, installation, or related fields a plus but not required
