Performance-Based Compensation

This role offers uncapped earnings potential—with average earnings of $75,000/year working less than 30 hours per week, and top performers earning over $140,000/year. Plus, we provide pre-set leads—so you can focus on selling and designing, not cold calling.

About the Role

• Learn our product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions

• Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client’s lifestyle

• Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options

• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

• Promote our products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort

Key Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people

• Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement

• Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus

• Basic computer skills to manage your workflow

• Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)

• Corporate Training Location: 1775 Brightseat Road, Suite B, Landover, MD 20785

• Field-based role with travel to client homes within a 65-mile radius
