Position Overview:

As a Luxury Home Estimator, you will be at the heart of our pre-construction and budgeting process. You will be the cost and planning expert on every build, reviewing plans, developing budgets, value engineering, and working hand-in-hand with our PMs, trade partners, and clients to deliver clarity, precision, and results.

This is a high-impact role that demands strategic thinking, construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a hunger to grow. What We are Looking For:

• 3+ years in residential estimating (custom/luxury preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction plans, scopes, and budgets
• BuilderTrend or similar software experience
• Detail-driven, accountable, and ready to own your lane

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Review plans & create conceptual estimates
• Develop scopes and release bid packages
• Track and adjust budgets with PMs
• Conduct site visits with trades
• Coordinate HVAC and truss planning
• Compare products and pricing
• Optimize BuilderTrend templates
• Manage vendor relationships and meetings
• Support permitting process
• Provide design/engineering feedback
• Monitor market trends and material availability
• Prepare and release purchase orders
• Lead budget reviews and reconciliations
• Manage truss, window, and specialty orders
• Support floodplain design and selection inputs
• Vet new subcontractors
