Custom Tub Technician

Description

This position will be responsible for manufacturing all custom tubs. They will need to be capable of reading, understanding, and communicating detailed instructions. These tubs will all be ordered as “custom products” with significant variability from order to order. Attention to detail is critical.

They will be expected to contribute to the design, set up and layout of the production process and will be responsible for basic equipment maintenance and adjustment.

They will not be expected to know or have mastery of all of the following skills at the time of application, but will need to demonstrate mastery prior to being moved into the Support Specialist pay range.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Cut down
• Drilling
• Grinding
• Plumbing/Pump Mounting

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a drug test
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. 

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting 25-50 lbs; occasional lifting, moving of 100-250 lbs with assistance. 
• Repetitive motion is involved in the completion of tasks. 
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, and perform other physical tasks as needed. 
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
