Job Description - Customer Account Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

Travelpro is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our Customer Services Team. This is a self-directed individual that must have the ability to direct and handle multiple tasks and possess strong practical and technical skills as well as the ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Order Management process. You will work cooperatively with the Customer Account Manager and the Sales team to develop and attain procedures and policies that will ensure efficient and cohesive order flow management while achieving effective decisions that meet all company initiatives and objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma, college coursework preferred with 4-year college degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years customer service experience in managing orders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Order Processing; responsible for processing orders in accordance with each accounts ship window following vendor compliance guidelines
  • Demonstrate good time management skills to organize workflow to meet Customers ship window on orders
  • Work closely with internal department; on Purchase Order ship window; inventory availability and accounting issues
  • Individual is responsible for coordinating Routing with Customers Logistic team or system
  • Shipment Status reporting: Review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurements standards are met, and proactively report non-conformances
  • Stay current on Accounts Vendor Compliance changes to avoid charge backs
  • Must have sound judgment, reasonability, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Willing to work flexible hours when necessary to support the business requirements
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Manager within the physical constraints of the job.
