What We’re Looking For
Travelpro is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our Customer Services Team. This is a self-directed individual that must have the ability to direct and handle multiple tasks and possess strong practical and technical skills as well as the ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner.
What You’ll Do
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Order Management process. You will work cooperatively with the Customer Account Manager and the Sales team to develop and attain procedures and policies that will ensure efficient and cohesive order flow management while achieving effective decisions that meet all company initiatives and objectives.
