About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Track and manage account information, ensuring data accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding account activity.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
