Job Description

Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional support and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner

• Resolve issues and concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Monitor order processing, billing, and account updates

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve problems

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure

• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset

• Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
