Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships and account management activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer support in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer account information accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to account-related inquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Assist customers with account requests, documentation, and general support needs.
  • Monitor account records and ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions and update account records accordingly.
  • Support administrative tasks related to account management and customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
