Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support client accounts by providing exceptional service and maintaining accurate account information. This position focuses on building strong customer relationships while ensuring account requests are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Respond to account-related questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
• Monitor account activity and ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Prepare account updates and routine reports
• Support administrative tasks related to account management
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
