Job Title: Customer Accounts Associate
Job Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716
Job Duration: 6 months contract
Work Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday
Pay rate: $22.50 per hour without any benefits
Duties:
**There may be potential for extension or full-time based on available headcount and their performance and attendance.**
**This will be a hybrid role onsite 8 days per month- local candidates only**
Job Summary:
These 2 associates will be responsible for providing back-end administrative support to the Customer Accounts department.
Job Duties: Perform high volume tasks within branch facing platforms to aid in the timely execution of requests
Reviews, maintains and services all customer account records.
Maintains records of accounts as required by regulatory bodies and departmental procedures.
Assist with high volume handling and mailing of checks.
Informs Supervisor or Customer Account Associate III of potential problems or status of high-risk accounts and situations.
May perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
Performance Expectations: This role is very high volume. Each associate will be required to process at least 20 items per hour.

Skills:
Qualifications At least 2 years of recent experience in a high volume processing/data entry role
Recent experience within the financial services/banking industry
Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to use proper grammar and spelling at all times
Strong attention to detail
Strong follow-up skills
Ability to navigate through numerous systems at once
Team player - willing to jump in to help others once they are finished with their own tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, basic Excel)
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
