About the Role:

Join Potential Storage Cell Co. as a Customer Agent and be the face of our exceptional customer service team! In this dynamic role, you'll engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our innovative storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and pricing.

Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Process orders and manage customer accounts accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.

Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Team player with a positive and proactive approach to work.
