Description
The Customer Success Relationship Manager is responsible for managing multiple existing customer accounts as well as supporting the development of potential new contract manufacturing and packaging opportunities with key customers across North America. The position will facilitate internal and external communication and drive sales strategies and tactics to increase customer retention and growth with existing customers as well as lead the integration of new customers in the CPG, Food & Beverage and Healthcare sectors into the Truvant portfolio. The Manager will also coordinate and align with global counterparts and lead the strategic account planning process for key customers. This role will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success for North America.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with Truvant partners, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with customers to drive volume, profitability, and mutual success.
Develop accurate forecasts and sales plans in collaboration with the customer and internal teams to ensure production and supply alignment.
Lead and/or support pricing discussions, commercial terms, and annual negotiations in alignment with business strategy and margin targets.
Oversee the successful delivery of customer projects including new product launches, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams (NPD, Technical, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
Produce regular reports on account performance, sales trends, profitability, and KPIs for senior management.
