Job Description - Customer Booking Coordinator

Position Overview

We are currently expanding and seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Booking Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and arranging travel experiences while ensuring all reservation details are accurate and properly organized.

Working remotely, you will help clients explore travel options, coordinate bookings, and provide helpful guidance throughout the planning process. This role combines customer service, travel coordination, and administrative support to ensure each client receives a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and supporting clients in bringing their travel plans together.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist travelers with organizing trip details and building personalized itineraries

  • Research travel options and evaluate available reservations through approved booking platforms

  • Coordinate and confirm reservations with travel providers and partners

  • Offer helpful travel information and suggestions based on client preferences and budgets

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients 

  • Support clients with reservation updates, adjustments, and service-related questions

  • Keep client records, itineraries, and booking documentation accurate and organized

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities
