Job Title: Customer Care & Scheduling Specialist
We’re looking for a Customer Care & Scheduling Specialist to join our team! This role is the first line of communication with our customers and is responsible for providing excellent service, scheduling appointments, and promoting additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and book service appointments.
- Confirm daily schedules with customers and ensure technicians have jobs assigned with necessary materials.
- Proactively engage with past customers to encourage retention and schedule new services.
- Promote and sell additional services like dryer vent cleanings and HVAC maintenance plans.
- Earn commissions for successfully scheduling and selling paid services.
Compensation:
Base hourly pay + commission for services sold.
