Responsibilities as a Customer Care Associate:

• Provide excellent face to face customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
• Actively listen to customers' concerns and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
• Process customer transactions and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed recommendations. 
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 
• Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Care Associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. 

Qualifications as a Customer Care Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
