Customer care coordinator with Polish

In this role, you will be one of the key contacts for our customers, helping them with their orders, deliveries, service requests and other day-to-day needs. You will make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while staying in close contact with customers and colleagues across the business.

What will be your job

Manage customer orders from registration through delivery and invoicing

Coordinate orders with internal and external suppliers and keep customers informed about availability and delivery status

Monitor open orders and proactively communicate any delays or changes

Support invoicing and timely payment collection.

Handle customer requests, claims and returns professionally and efficiently

Support reception and general office administration when needed

To succeed, you will need

Completed secondary education

Fluent knowledge of Polish and intermediate English

Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks

Ability to communicate confidently with customers, understand their needs and handle requests, complaints or unexpected situations professionally

A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
