Description

Effectively resolve customer requests, building customer delight and loyalty by providing fast, friendly, easy, and right service experience, including management of complex customer needs as assigned.

What will you be doing?

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years in a service contact center
  • Computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System
  • Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $23.50 per hour to start with the potential to increase your hourly pay up to 5% after 6 months! Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and other outlined prerequisites to earn up to an additional 5% increase with each career path progression! Annual merit increases are available based on your performance too!
