Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and event attendees. You will ensure every interaction is seamless, professional, and engaging while supporting smooth event operations from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional event customer service, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing the overall brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support
Assist event attendees with registration, scheduling, directions, and general event details
Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional event atmosphere
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure seamless event execution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient problem-solving
Communicate consistently across phone, email, and live chat platforms
Provide real-time updates regarding event schedules, changes, and important announcements
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels
Interest in event marketing, brand activations, and customer experience roles
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event coordination is a plus (not required)
