Job Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services
- Assist clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling appointments, providing property information, and answering questions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, always striving to exceed their expectations
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a real estate or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
