Position: Customer Care Representative
Jim Curley Buick GMC is currently seeking a dedicated individual fluent in email, text, and phone handling able to answer customer inquiries and be the voice of our dealerships. The appropriate candidate must be able to handle inbound email/phone inquiries and assist them through the vehicle purchase process in the showroom. Your goal is to serve our online shoppers to the best of your ability as well as enhance the Jim Curley experience throughout the customer’s research and purchase process. Responsibilities include: Inbound sales call handling, responding back to inbound opportunities, setting appointments on behalf of the sales teams, answering consumers’ inquiries proficiently, and making outbound customer relations calls to dealership visitors.
