Job Description - CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, providing top-quality services to our clients for over 20 years. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals and families find their dream homes and make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, emails, and messages

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding property listings, sales, rentals, and other services offered by the company

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

- Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services

- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures

- Familiarity with the Jonesboro area and real estate market is a plus
