Job Description - CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Providing information and assistance to clients and customers regarding our services and properties

- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Identifying and escalating potential issues to management for resolution

- Proactively seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
