Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative for our Alexandria location—someone who enjoys connecting with others and takes pride in creating a welcoming, dependable experience. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday.

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be one of the first individuals that customers meet when they visit us. Your day will include greeting customers, assisting with everyday banking needs, answering questions, and guiding customers through transactions and digital banking tools. Whether someone stops by the lobby or reaches out through the drive-up, you’ll be the steady, friendly presence they rely on. As you grow in the role, you’ll continue expanding your knowledge of our services and strengthening the relationships that make our community-focused approach so meaningful. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience and qualifications.
