Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with our sales and property management teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding our services, properties, and processes

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's policies, procedures, and services

- Collaborate with sales and property management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement

- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is preferred

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
