Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout their real estate journey. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients and provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Schedule appointments and property showings for clients with our team of real estate agents.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and promote our services to potential clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset.
- Must be able to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
