We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative on a full-time basis.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services and properties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Real estate experience is a plus.
