Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. Your main goal will be to ensure that all customers have a positive experience with our company and feel satisfied with the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Provide information about our services and assist with scheduling appointments

- Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with the typical work schedule being Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate customer needs. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
