Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, both over the phone and through email

- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints

- Actively listen to customers and understand their needs in order to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive manner to customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus

- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus, but not required

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
