Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and to maintain a positive relationship with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

- Providing accurate information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have

- Resolving customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism

- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues

- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics

- Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
