Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns and will work closely with our team to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved

- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus

- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed
