Job Description - Customer Care Representative (Email) - Rewarding Work

We are in need of a resilient Customer Care Representative (Email) to join our inspiring team at TEKsystems in Lincolnshire, IL.

Looking for:

-1+ year of recent customer service experience/office experience

-Strong written and email communication ces

-Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

-Basic Excel (Ability and willingness to learn it)

-HS Diploma or GED

Hours:

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm

Description:

This is NOT a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and customer service position!

-Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related

-Answer a high volume of customer EMAILS - Must be able to think outside of the box and problem-solve

-Must be comfortable making a few outbound calls, following up with customers on inquiries, and ensuring all data is accurately notated into the system

-Multi-task and type customer information into the system in real-time

-Utilize internal issue tracking system – to follow through on customer inquiries and issues

-Utilizing systems to create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, insurance card distribution and driver data changes.

-Contacting drivers by e-mail to gather missing information

-Utilize the v-lookup function within Excel to efficiently sort through data
