Customer Care Representative - Hiring Immediately

We are looking for full time Customer Communication Coordinator to manage our front of the house activities on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at Dave Sinclair Ford. Applicants must be comfortable being customer facing and an expert in communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the facility
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Process payments
• Listen to client needs and connect them with the right resource

Skills

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Hours (Week hours can be adjusted, Saturdays are a must)

• Mon/Wed/Fri - 3-7
• Tues/Thurs - 3-6
• Sat - 7:30 - 5
• Additional day off Monday - Friday
