Job Description: We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders throughout the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues or delays.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in resolving outstanding credit issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Participate in various supply chain-related projects to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and order management software.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
- Ability to make decisions in the best interests of the customer and company.
