Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, is a 2nd-generation family-owned roofing business that proudly serves the Southeast Missouri area, with headquarters in Fredericktown, MO. In the mid-1980s, our founder and namesake, Melvin, started offering roofing, siding, carpentry, and general handyman services under the name Melvin Mills Construction. As Melvin’s reputation for great customer service and quality work grew over the years, so did the demand for his services. In 2008, Melvin’s youngest son, Craig, became a full partner in the business, and we began to narrow our scope of work to focus on building a true residential roofing company. JOB PROFILE / JOB DESCRIPTION:  Title:   Customer Care + Sales Specialist Department:   Sales Location:   Fredericktown, MO Employment type:   Full-time / Salary + Commission Pay:   $45k Salary + Commission   Reports to:   Sales  Manager   Responsible for:   Self   OVERVIEW: Main Purpose:   Foster relationships with incoming leads,  both internal and self-generated, and work through their wants and need to get approved contracts. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:  Scope jobs and intake signed contracts that address the customer's needs/desires  Meet adjustors and foster good and trusting company relationships  Work with adjustors to get approved scope and pricing in line with the existing  Follow up on company provided leads turn them into sold projects  Turn one sold project into multiples through customer/neighborhood referrals  Intake self-generated leads to meet goals  Create initial Labor and Material orders  Prep sold jobs for handoff to Production with all needed instructions  Keep vehicle organized and clean, both inside and out   QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:   Valid Driver's License Education:   N/A Physical Demands:   Ability to lift 80 lbs. / Climb ladders / No fear of heights Work Environment:   Office / Outdoors   BENEFITS:  Time Off:   Holiday / PTO / NPTO Additional:   Dental / Vision / Health Allowance REQUIREMENTS: Able to set and meet goals and Melvin Mills Roofing standards Undergo Melvin Mills Roofing training on installation guidelines.
