Job Description - Customer Care Specialist




Full-time Customer Care Specialist position in Richmond, VA (Partially Remote / Hybrid)

Role
  • As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquires and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Fielding incoming calls

  • Accepting customer payments

  • Employing customer retention strategies

  • Explaining client coverage

  • Amending policies


Requirements:



  • Property & Casualty Insurance License

  • Outstanding customer service skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • Skilled multi-tasker

  • Exceptional computer skills
