Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

What You’ll Create in This Role

As a Customer Care Specialist you will have the opportunity to:
  • Create a WOW first impression for every customer
  • Create strong relationships through clear, confident communication
  • Create order and momentum by managing scheduling and logistics
  • Create solutions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Create success by working collaboratively with a high‑performance team
Position Overview
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full‑Time, Hourly
  • Pay: $16–$17/hour
  • Location: Camden, SC
