Customer Care Specialist

Pay: $45,000-$55,000; depending on job performance income could be higher 

Schedule: The employee would work 40 hours a week. This person would work one night a week and one weekend per month.

Job Description:

• Answer all incoming phone calls for the dealership.


• Schedule service appointments for customers.


• Answer all incoming Internet leads to set up appointments to meet with our sales staff. 


• Follow up on sold sales customers.


• Follow up on customers that came in to the dealership but did not buy. 

Some Daily Tasks Include:

• Effectively answer inbound calls, emails, texts and Internet chats.


• Assist customers with setting up appointments for service and sales.


• Follow-up on customer inquiries for sales, parts and service.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred but will train the right candidate


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Must have accurate and fluent speaking and writing skills


• High School Diploma required


• Must pass drug test and criminal background check


• Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
